Norwood served as construction manager for a 79,000 square foot transitional care center on behalf of PowerBack Rehabilitation. The 2-story post-operative rehabilitation facility offers 120 private suites, a 4,500 square foot gym, and the latest physical therapy equipment. Patients also have access to a large movie theater, a game room, spa services, and restaurant-style dining.
The project received an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Eastern PA Chapter.
