Norwood understands this and thus we encourage our clients to involve us in their new facility planning process as early as possible. Through our highly collaborative “Design/Assist” process, Norwood’s extensive preconstruction resources, our in-house conceptual estimating capabilities (including BIM modeling) and our wealth of historical data will bring great insight and value to your facility development team --- well beyond that of a traditional contractor. Our customer-centric process leads to economies of cost and schedule, reduced risk and enhanced quality on each project we undertake.
Norwood’s expertise in sustainable construction includes a broad spectrum of LEED certified projects across all lines of Norwood’s core specializations totaling nearly $200 million worth of work.
