Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Our people are our most valuable asset.

We understand it is our collective differences and similarities that make Norwood who we are. Our varied experiences and perspectives bring great value to the Norwood team by challenging views and encouraging continuous improvement. We promote a diverse and inclusive environment, not only because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes Norwood better aligned to achieve success on behalf of our customers, our business partners and the communities we serve.

Norwood is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels, both within our team and through those with which we partner. We work proactively to seek out individuals and businesses from traditionally disadvantaged groups. We promote fair treatment in access, opportunity, and advancement for all individuals. And, we work diligently to ensure each person feels welcomed, respected, and supported.

Our commitment to DEI is evident through our recruiting practices, our outreach of subcontractors, and our support of our team members. Using this same approach, we work closely with each client to help them realize their goals.
