Norwood completed a 210,000 square foot cGMP facility for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. The facility’s planning, design and construction followed cGMP guidelines for use as a bulk product and bottling distribution center, featuring a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking system. The HVAC systems was designed with redundancy to ensure the integrity of the products in the event of a power failure. The building specifications allowed for only 1 degree of fluctuation for every 10 feet of height.
