One of the largest and most successful real estate repositioning projects in suburban Philadelphia, Norwood has been the lead construction manager for this 800,000 square foot campus since 2006. Formerly a manufacturing and regional administration facility for Honeywell, Norwood has transformed the buildings into a state-of-the-art corporate center. Completed work includes an all-new façade, the completion of 110,000 square foot in renovations to common areas, select demolition to create a courtyard with landscaped walking paths and a tiered sitting area, and the completion of upgrades to the tech lounge.
To date, Norwood has completed interior build-out projects for GMAC Residential Mortgage Headquarters (460,000 SF), Toll Brothers Headquarters (175,000 SF), Ashfield Healthcare (80,000 SF), Newrez Headquarters (78,000 SF), AON (72,000 SF), Nutrisystem Headquarters (53,000 SF), Prudential (36,000 SF), Ally Financial, Ditech, and Ocwen.
Norwood’s work on the campus has earned multiple Excellence in Construction Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Eastern PA Chapter.
