Norwood completed a 677,000 square foot warehouse distribution center in the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII. The 40-acre site, formerly home to Bethlehem Steel, is now a designated Local Economic Revitalization Zone (LERTA). The new facility features 32’ clear height, 190’ deep truck courts, ESFR sprinkler systems, excellent logistical infrastructure, and ample parking.
