Serving as construction manager, Norwood constructed a build-out for Roquette, a global leader in plant-based ingredients, a pioneer of plant proteins, and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients. The 23,000 square foot complex, located in the Spring House Innovation Park, houses a research and development lab as well as an innovation center. The facility features an applied sciences facility focused on the research of pharmaceutical ingredients, and a technical services lab designed to enable a deeper collaboration with customers formulating drugs in new product pipelines.
