Norwood is underway on the build-out of a research and development facility for Proteovant Therapeutics, a newly formed biotech company. The new space features 23K SF of office and proprietary labs in an existing flex building. As design/builder, Norwood is utilizing BIM technology to address complex MEP systems to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of the new space.
