As part of a comprehensive repositioning of a 137-acre property known as Aborcrest Corporate Campus, Norwood renovated a 218,000 square foot, 1970’s building into a LEED Gold office building. Within the transformed facility, Norwood completed multiple interior build-out projects, including Unisys Corporation’s World Headquarters. The 160,000 square foot project completed on behalf of the Fortune 1000 information technology services provider, now features a suspended staircase, full-service cafeteria and dining area, executive suites, conference rooms, and upgraded data capabilities with redundant power supply. Norwood’s extensive preconstruction services ensured all budgetary, schedule, and quality goals were achieved.
