Norwood successfully completed a 10,000 square foot design-build cleanroom and manufacturing renovation for Thrombolex, a medical device development company. The new space includes an ISO-7 cleanroom, deionized (DI) water, compressed air systems, renovated entrance, and an expanded parking area. From the outset, Norwood collaborated closely with the owner to assist with planning, design, and obtaining all necessary township approvals, as well as providing Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) consulting and coordination assistance.
