Norwood delivered a 14,450-square-foot, state-of-the-art interior build-out for a cardiac-focused ambulatory surgery center, designed to support advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. The program includes a dedicated Cath/EP lab, two additional Cath Labs, a procedure room, fully equipped prep and recovery bays, a centralized care team station, and essential clinical and operational support spaces—all thoughtfully integrated to optimize patient flow, safety, and staff efficiency. Working within an occupied facility, Norwood executed a comprehensive logistics and phasing strategy to minimize disruption and maintain uninterrupted operations for existing tenants.
