Norwood is currently serving as construction manager on a 14,450 square foot interior build-out of an ambulatory surgery center focused on cardiac care. Once complete, the new space will feature a feature a Cath/EP lab, (2) additional Cath Labs, procedure room, prep and recovery bays, care team station, and support spaces. Norwood’s team implemented a detailed logistics plan and phasing schedule to ensure the activities of existing tenants remain uninterrupted.
