Working in partnership with Ecolab, a global leader in water purification solutions, Norwood constructed a new design-build Bioprocessing Application Lab and Customer Experience Center within an occupied cGMP facility. The project included structural upgrades, MEP tie-ins to the existing infrastructure, a new DI water filtration system, and select process piping for specialized instruments and equipment. The Customer Experience Center showcases state-of-the-art finishes and the latest in audiovisual technology to host conferences and support sales efforts. All work occurred adjacent to active clean rooms and API production workspace. Our team implemented a carefully planned phasing strategy to minimize disruption to ongoing activities.
