Norwood is in the final stages of completing our second major project within the Radnor Life Sciences Center, a 26-acre mixed-use campus in the heart of Philadelphia’s Main Line. Once complete, the new 4-story, 145,000 square foot headquarters-quality building will feature amenities such as a shared conference center, a gaming area, an outdoor courtyard with landscaped grounds, fire pits and a water feature. The building systems include a premium HVAC filtration system that boasts of superior air quality as well as touchless building features. The project also includes a 6-story, 835-car parking garage to provide tenants easy access, and a parking lot that features a semi-permeable surface, allowing rainwater to collect in an underground basin. Despite ongoing supply-chain challenges, the building will be completed within a tight budget and ahead of schedule.
