CTDI

Norwood has been working on multiple projects with CTDI, a global engineering, repair, and logistics company.  Most recently, our team completed the comprehensive demolition and reconstruction of approximately 160,000 square feet of space to house CTDI’s electronics labs and repair areas, warehouse, and office space. The work was carefully planned to accommodate the previous tenant’s global data center, avoiding any interruption in operations prior to its scheduled relocation. Working collaboratively with all project stakeholders, Norwood’s team implemented creative solutions, including 3D laser scanning, to remedy design and construction challenges and process a significant increase in the project scope. The repositioned facility features a commercial paint booth, a 2-story atrium lobby with grand staircase, meeting and office space appointed with upscale finishes, a cafeteria, and employee locker rooms.
