Norwood completed construction on The Brandywine, an 80,000 square foot boutique hotel in the heart of Radnor. Developed by Brandywine Realty Trust and located at 165 King of Prussia Road, the 121-room property joins Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio, a collection known for distinctive, design-forward hotels that blend local character with elevated guest experience. The Brandywine features a full-service dining venue, Merrick’s Tavern, and a signature rooftop terrace.
Each component requires specialized structural coordination, complex MEP integration, and high-end interior craftsmanship – particularly within the food and beverage spaces, where operational efficiency and guest experience must work in perfect alignment.
