Partnering with Villa Maria Academy, Norwood completed construction on campus renovations and a new 16,750 square foot Student Union Building. The new facility houses a daily chapel, commercial kitchen and cafeteria, student commons, guidance suite, and administrative space.
To minimize disruption to student activities, the team fast-tracked early utility relocation work and implemented a detailed phasing strategy. Taking advantage of our powerful technology tools, like BIM rendering and animation as well as drone services, Norwood was able to assist with VMA’s capital campaign.
