The Norwood Company recently commenced construction on a 157,000 square foot expansion of a light industrial facility for CTDI, a global engineering, repair, and logistics company providing best-cost solutions to the communications industry. Located in Coatesville, PA, the project includes a 117,000 square foot warehouse expansion and a 40,000 square foot administrative office addition to a 315,000 square foot building that Norwood originally designed and built in 2004. Collaborating with architect Bernardon, Norwood is working around the facility’s 400 daily employees to keep CTDI’s operation fully functional during construction. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2019.
