Partnering with a national industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, Norwood delivered a 1.3 million square foot facility originally constructed on behalf of Circuit City. Norwood served as design-builder, responsible for all engineering, architecture, permitting and construction management. The team brought in all new utilities and moved approximately 1.8 million cubic yards of earth to successfully complete the facility, now considered one of the largest single-story tilt-wall structures in the nation.
Norwood later completed renovations to 800,000 square feet to accommodate tenant, Diapers.com, the largest online retailer of baby necessities.
