Norwood completed construction a new LEED Gold 85,000 square foot Northeast Regional Center for Endress+Hauser, a global leader providing industrial process engineering solutions for clients in the chemical, food & beverage, life sciences, energy, and other industries. The new facility, which also serves as headquarters for Eastern Controls Inc., features a Process Training Unit (PTU) to offer customers and students hands-on experience with the types of operation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting found in real-life process plants. The project is designed to achieve Net Zero Energy, and Net Zero Carbon certifications.
