Implementing an efficient project schedule with achievable milestones is an integral part of a project’s success.  Norwood’s full-time, in-house Scheduler is dedicated to the sole task of optimizing your project’s schedule efficiency. We will review and update the overall project design and construction schedule using forward-thinking techniques such as pull-planning on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. This will ensure that the progress meets or exceeds project goals while mitigating potential future risks. Additionally, we perform continuous updates with major milestones in design, plan approval, permitting, pricing, and procurement of long lead items. At a glance, the team can easily communicate the project’s status and manage future activities on even the most complex, multi-phased projects.
