The Norwood Company has commenced construction on a new corporate headquarters for Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes and a member of the Fortune 500. Located in the Ft. Washington Technology Center, the 163,000 SF office is designed by D2 and will replace Toll’s current headquarters in Horsham, PA, which Norwood previously built. The new space will involve the conversion of a former warehouse into loft style office space and incorporate amenities reflective of today’s most progressive workplace environments.
Norwood CEO Joe Mitchell stated, “It’s quite an honor to be selected by Toll Bothers for such an important project. It’s a testament to our people, our expertise, and our past performance that a fellow builder has once again entrusted Norwood with one of their most critical commercial construction projects.”
Norwood has been working continuously at The Ft. Washington Technology Center since 2006. Upon completion of the Toll Brothers headquarters, Norwood will have completed the repositioning and build-out of more than 700,000 square feet of space at the complex, including projects for companies such as AON, Ashfield Health, and Ally Bank. Other notable corporate headquarters that Norwood has recently built include fellow Fortune 500 member Crown Holdings, as well as CSL Behring, Teleflex, Bentley Systems, Arbutus Biopharma, NMS Labs, and AWeber, etc. Norwood is also currently building a new 380,000 square foot headquarters in Newtown Square, PA.
