Norwood is providing construction management and design-assist services on a new ground-up 80,000 square foot, 121-key boutique hotel. The project features a two-story cast-in-place concrete podium that supports precast concrete planks and structural cold-formed metal framing up to the 5th floor.
Once complete, this luxury facility will offer guests high-end custom finishes, two full bars, and a rooftop lounge and terrace. Successfully managing construction activities within tight spaces and amidst fully occupied buildings showcases the expert logistical coordination of the on-site team.
