Serving as design-builder, Norwood constructed a new 280,000 square foot speculative distribution facility on behalf of a national real estate developer. The new facility includes 32-foot clear height, tilt-wall construction, single-sided loading, and multi-tenant capabilities. The facility was significantly leased shortly after construction was completed.
