Norwood has partnered on multiple projects with Cabela’s, a specialty retailer of outdoor recreation merchandise. Our first project resulted in the completion of Cabela’s 2-phase northeast distribution center. Using a fast-track schedule for Phase I, Norwood completed 594,000 square feet in 18 weeks from pad to receipt of product. Phase II consisted of a 579,000 square foot expansion, bringing the total to over 1 million square feet. The warehouse includes a three-story mezzanine conveyor system;, 30,000 square feet of office and data processing space, an early-suppression fast-response sprinkler system, and an automated replenishment and processing center.
