Norwood completed construction on a build-out of a research and development facility on behalf of a newly formed biotech company focused on the discovery and development transformative medicines to treat patients with life-altering diseases across multiple therapeutic areas through the process of protein degradation. Acting as design/builder, Norwood worked in partnership with the owner to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of the new space, including identifying long-lead items that could otherwise disrupt delivery dates and project budgets. The space includes 23,000 square feet of office and proprietary labs in an existing flex building.
