Norwood completed construction of two state-of-the-art distribution facilities, each totaling approximately 200,000 square feet. Designed for high-volume operations, both buildings feature 36-foot clear heights to maximize vertical storage capacity and operational efficiency.
Constructed using site-cast tilt-up concrete panels, the facilities deliver durability, speed of construction, and long-term performance. The projects also incorporated modern loading, circulation, and site infrastructure to support streamlined logistics and scalable distribution operations.
