Norwood served as construction manager for Daylesford Crossing, a 78-unit, 95-bed assisted living and memory care community on a highly-visible site on Philadelphia’s Main Line. Collaborating with developer/operator, Sage Senior Living, and the project design team, Norwood provided in-depth preconstruction services to ensure all project goals were met or exceeded. The new community now offers highly personalized care in a comfortable and safe living environment. Amenities include a salon, health spa, café, and a beautifully landscaped exterior with an outdoor patio.
