Doylestown, PA
Collaborating with Doylestown Health, Norwood constructed a new 100,000 square foot addition including 30 new private rooms for cardiovascular and intensive care, along with an endovascular hybrid operating room, new entryway, and central atrium. Cath lab and pre-/post-procedure area renovations were completed within the existing hospital’s 2nd floor. A 3rd floor fit-out houses a 32-bed intensive care unit. Additional projects include a 5,000 square foot sterile storage area addition, 1st floor administrative space fit-out, 6,700 square foot Cardiac Rehab fit-out, and connecting corridor. Norwood is currently underway on a renovation and expansion of the hospital’s Operating Rooms.
This project also helps Doylestown Health transition to an all-private bed facility. By bringing together all cardiac and vascular patients under one roof, Doylestown Health aims to improve patient comfort and outcomes.
