Doylestown, PA
Norwood served as construction manager for a 3-story, 62,000 square foot ambulatory care center, viewed as the ‘front door’ of the Doylestown Hospital campus. The facility features a 22,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center along with rehabilitation and physical therapy services, expanding Doylestown Health’s offering of high quality outpatient care conveniently located on campus. The project’s complex MEP requirements were coordinated through BIM integration, led by Norwood’s Design Technology team. Tight site logistics and strict pandemic-related protocols on an active healthcare campus posed additional challenges. The team successfully navigated these challenges, delivered a top rate facility, and continues to earn future work on site.
