Partnering with Jefferson Health, Norwood completed a comprehensive expansion at their Cherry Hill Campus. The expanded campus features a new outpatient pavilion, atrium lobby connector addition, and parking garage. Norwood provided in-depth design-assist services and integrated BIM technology to help align the design elements with the health system’s operational and budgetary goals.
The new 102,000 square foot Outpatient Pavilion offers patients the convenience of having a variety of healthcare resources in one location including primary care physician offices, specialty services like radiology and orthopedics, outpatient surgery, and imaging center. In addition, in-house laboratory services offer same day results. A new 22,000 square foot atrium lobby connects the Outpatient Pavilion to the main hospital. Here patients can navigate registration and enjoy a café, gift shop, and conference rooms. A 700-car parking garage supports the expanded campus and connects to the hospital through an enclosed pedestrian bridge.
