Norwood was construction manager for the Kids Peace Orchard Hill Campus, a 105,000 SF, 72-bed children’s acute-care psychiatric hospital. The facility features administrative offices, a therapeutic recreational facility, conference rooms, activity rooms, diagnostic testing rooms, a library, and a chapel. An additional 87,500 SF of dormitory units include a living room, game room, and kitchen area. The 280-acre campus also includes an indoor pool and gymnasium.
