Norwood is currently in progress on a 340,000 square foot LEED-certified warehouse distribution facility on behalf of Dermody Properties. The new Class A distribution facility was designed to meet the supply-chain requirements of the most innovative companies, including sustainable design and construction practices. The new facility will offer additional clear height and extra trailer and car parking.
