Serving as design-builder, Norwood completed a 65,000 square foot headquarters and cGMP warehouse facility on behalf of Myonex, a leader in clinical trial supply solutions. The project included the development of a 14-acre greenfield site, a new building, and interior fit-out.
Norwood worked with Myonex for a year prior to design start to help them evaluate numerous existing building and green field sites prior to selecting the Horsham site. Once this site was brought under agreement, Norwood managed all of the design and land development including all local, state, and federal permitting. In addition to the design and construction, Norwood is also managing all of the building commissioning and validation, and has also been heavily involved in the FF&E selection and procurement.
Myonex’s new facility features a controlled-temperature 2-degree C to 8-degree C Cold Box storage, freezer storage, DEA vault, secondary labeling, and shell space for future expansion.
