Norwood completed a 15,000 square foot LEED Gold certified biosafety lab and interior office build-out on behalf of a confidential pharmaceutical client focused on women’s health care. The space includes a potent compound lab, analytical lab, forensic lab, and other support spaces. The facility’s design features a reverse osmosis water filtration system (RO/DI system), vacuum, glass washer, fixed lab casework with ceiling panel utility access, emergency generator, as well as N2 and CA services. LEED Silver certification is currently pending.
