Working with Sands Casino Resort, Norwood served as construction manager for Emeril’s Fish House restaurant. The project converted Emeril’s Italian Table Restaurant into Emeril’s Fish House, a 180-seat restaurant offering seafood, steaks, and raw bar. To accomplish this, the team relocated the restaurant entrance, constructed an enclosure of the existing beverage bar, added the raw bar, and completed renovations throughout the facility. A complete update of all finishes reflect the Fish House brand and enhance the dining experience.
