Trinseo

Norwood completed a 46,500 square foot interior fit-out on behalf of Trinseo, a global manufacturer of plastics and latex products. During preconstruction, Norwood provided design-assist services and played a pivotal role in advancing and refining the design to successfully integrate both existing and new manufacturing equipment into the space. This effort required detailed coordination and engineering to support complex building systems, including extensive exhaust and dust collection points, make-up air, compressed air, chilled water, and significant electrical infrastructure upgrades. The completed facility delivers state-of-the-art R&D, laboratory, and office spaces that foster innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and support Trinseo’s continued growth in advanced materials development.
