Norwood acted as construction manager for a 360,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility on a 40-acre site for VF Imagewear, a global leader in the production of career apparel. The facility includes 120,000 square feet of fully climate-controlled manufacturing area, 198,000 square feet of storage and distribution area, 40,000 square foot of office space, and 14 loading dock positions for deliveries and shipping.
