Partnering with a national developer of healthcare facilities, Norwood built a 32,000 square foot ambulatory care center in Washington Township, NJ, on behalf of physicians and affiliates of Virtua Health. Anchoring the building is a 12,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center for South Jersey Musculoskeletal Institute. The surgery center features 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. The building also includes specialty physician offices such as sports medicine, diagnostic imaging, and gastrointestinal services. Most recently Norwood completed an Urgent Care facility on behalf of Virtua Health in Robbinsville, NJ.
