Serving as design-builder, Norwood completed a 60,000 square foot 2-story building for Wells Vehicle Electronics, a leading marketer/manufacturer of automotive engine performance components. The facility was constructed with tilt-up precast concrete exterior walls with punch windows. The new space is being used as Wells’ electronics assembly and administrative office functions. This was the 5th project that Norwood completed for The Reynolds Group Holdings and their affiliated companies. Additional facilities have been completed in New York, Illinois, Arkansas and California.
