Norwood recently broke ground on a 165,000 SF built-to-suit manufacturing, distribution, and headquarters facility on behalf of Royal Paper Products, a family-owned business servicing distributors in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Working collaboratively with D2CA Architects, Norwood is serving as Design/Builder to deliver the new facility in Exton, PA. Features include a two-story corporate headquarters with a light commercial kitchen, lounge, and dining area along with a large warehouse racking and staging area with 20 dock positions. The project, slated for completion in January 2015, is designed to accommodate future expansion.
