Norwood is underway on the renovation of an 18,785 square foot building along the Schuylkill River for Villanova’s Crew program. Once complete, the Cavanaugh Family Boathouse will showcase a new second-level mezzanine to house the crew team’s weight room and locker rooms, along with new finishes throughout, custom exterior staircases, new MEPs, lighting, and ADA upgrades. Site improvements include new parking lots, sidewalks/walkways, and site lighting throughout, including a red shale river walk pathway and new landscaping throughout.
