Norwood completed a 23,000 square foot interior build-out project to support the expansion of an oncology-focused biotech company, allowing access to the region’s diverse talent pool. The facility houses two dedicated spec labs with a total of 59 fume hoods, including 3 explosion proof fume hoods, nitrogen generation, training rooms, and open office areas. The heavy lab services included vacuum, compressed air, DI water circulation, as well as gas piping. The project team provided creative solutions and in-depth BIM services to successfully meet the project milestones.
