Norwood’s partnership with CSL Behring began in 2014 and we have since delivered more than 360,000 square feet of projects.
In our first project together, Norwood completed a 3-phased, fast-track, 200,000 square foot renovation of the CSL Behring Headquarters Campus in King of Prussia, PA. The project encompassed the modernization, build-out, and connection of 3 existing, partially-occupied buildings. In Phase 1, the most schedule-intensive phase, Norwood completed five of the project’s ten floors in less than six months. The new space is utilized as administration and operations space by CSL Behring, a developer and manufacturer of biotherapies used to treat rare health conditions. Amenities include a commercial kitchen, full-service cafeteria, fitness center, and new bridges that connect the three buildings. A significant portion of the design includes glass partitions aimed to maximize natural light distribution.
