Norwood served as construction manager for a new 75,000 square foot office building and interior build-out to house FMFCU’s new headquarters. The facility features a contemporary design with a 2-story, glass-enclosed atrium lobby, café, and grand staircase. FMFCU’s new headquarters encompasses the top two floors along with reception and conference space on the ground floor. In order to optimize work flow and collaboration, the interior offers a mix of open space, offices, huddle rooms, and communal areas.
