Norwood worked with a national Real Estate Investment Trust to construct a 195,000 square foot build-to-suit office building for pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline. The open-plan facility features a portico entrance, 2-story lobby with secure entryway, cafeteria, dining area, conference rooms with high-tech A/V equipment, and a 2-level, 185,000 square foot parking garage that accommodates 560 vehicles.
