Bringing decades of experience as the leading builder of corporate headquarters facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region, Norwood worked closely with all project stakeholders to provide design-assist and construction management services for Morgan Properties, a national leader in multi-family housing. The project involved a 100,000 square foot renovation and expansion of two adjacent office buildings to create the new headquarters space. The new space showcases Morgan Properties’ unique brand, and features a two-story lobby, expanded gathering spaces, and expansive amenity center.
