Bringing decades of experience as the leading builder of corporate headquarters facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region, Norwood is working closely with all project stakeholders to provide design-assist and construction management services for Morgan Properties, a national leader in multi-family housing. The project involves a 100,000 square foot renovation and expansion of two adjacent office buildings to create the new headquarters space. Once complete, the space will showcase Morgan Properties’ unique brand, featuring a two-story lobby, expanded gathering spaces, and an amenity center.
