Chesterbrook, PA
Serving as construction manager, Norwood completed a 70,000 square foot renovation and fit-out project at 1400 Liberty Ridge Blvd on behalf of Shire, a global specialty biopharmaceutical company. The new class “A” office space encompasses a mixture of administration, cafe, fitness area, conference room, storage, and support areas.
Based on the success of the project, Norwood was also chosen to complete 12,500 square foot of additional renovations at Shire’s 1200 Morris Road offices.
