Working collaboratively with SLUHN on multiple projects, our team is currently in progress on a new St. Luke’s Care Now medical office building in Leesport, PA. The new 22,500 SF facility will house walk-in services such as imaging, lab, primary care, orthopedic care, and physical therapy.
We recently completed a medical/surgical renovation project at St. Luke’s Upper Bucks main hospital to house new medical/surgical beds, procedure room with pre/post area, pulmonary testing, sleep study rooms, and support spaces. The project also involved a pharmacy expansion and the relocation of physical therapy services.
Norwood also partnered with St. Luke’s to renovate 200,000 SF of the former Agere campus building in Allentown, PA to accommodate the St. Luke’s Physicians Group and its administration, finance, legal, marketing, training, and information technology departments in one central location. Additionally, renovations were completed at St. Luke’s Miners Campus including interior upgrades to the medical office building, cardiac rehab, administration, and cafeteria.
