Norwood constructed a 36,000 square foot facility in Center Valley, PA and completed an interior build-out on behalf of Strayer University, a school specializing in higher education for working adults. As the primary tenant, Strayer’s project included classrooms, conference rooms, and administrative areas to serve as Center Valley’s satellite learning center. Norwood partnered with Strayer for several renovation and interior build-out projects at sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
