Norwood served as construction manager for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Great Valley shopping center. The project included the demolition of one large building to convert its footprint into two smaller buildings, while maintaining safe access for tenants and their customers in the third adjacent building onsite.
The rebranded mixed-use complex features new retail, restaurant, and office tenants including Sly Fox Taphouse, Nudy’s Café, Bomba Taco + Bar, Splitting Edge Axe Throwing, Bull Dog Yoga, Sublime Cupcakes, Clean Juice, and others. The site also features festive outdoor seating area with a large stage to serve as an entertainment venue.
